A new commercial identity for the project formerly developed as Xway

Intelligent Network Control for Windows

XWAYOR is a local-first Windows network client. It routes your traffic through the protocols you choose, watches how the network actually behaves, explains problems in plain language, and recommends better decisions — with your confirmation before anything changes.

What is XWAYOR?

XWAYOR is not just another proxy client.

Most network clients connect you and then go quiet. XWAYOR connects you, then keeps watching — so it can tell you why something is slow, which node is most stable for what you are doing, and when a problem is likely to come back.

All of that intelligence runs locally, on your machine, from real observed data. It does not guess, and it never changes your network without asking you first.

Intelligence

Intelligent Network Control

A local, deterministic network analysis system.

XWAYOR observes network behavior, understands patterns, discovers anomalies, predicts degradation, recommends actions, notifies you, and verifies that a change actually helped.

The intelligence is deterministic and local-first. It is not a remote AI deciding what your network should do — it is a careful observer that explains what it sees and lets you decide.

Observe

Real events from the runtime: connections, latency, DNS, proxy state.

Understand

Evidence is correlated into diagnoses with explicit confidence.

Discover

Trends and recurring problems are detected from history.

Predict

Degradation is predicted from latency and failure trends.

Recommend

Concrete suggestions with evidence and risk.

Notify

You are told only when it matters, with de-duplication.

Act

Changes are applied only after your confirmation.

Verify

The result is checked and re-measured after the change.

Node Intelligence

Node Intelligence

No single fake “speed number”.

XWAYOR evaluates nodes from real, observed metrics — latency, time-to-first-byte, throughput, jitter, reliability, stability and trend — and ranks them deterministically for the scenario you are in, not for a marketing screenshot.

A node that is excellent for one task may be poor for another. XWAYOR makes that distinction explicit.

Assistant

Intelligence Assistant

Ask your network what is wrong.

“Why is it slow right now?” · “Which node is most stable?” · “Is DNS a problem?”

The Assistant reads your local data, answers with evidence and confidence, and — when you confirm — can carry out a safe action and verify the result.

The Assistant is a product demonstration of real local capability, not an online chat AI.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics

When something breaks, the system explains why.

Diagnostics capture bounded problem reports, analyze them deterministically, group them into problem clusters, and correlate them with versions — so a fix can be verified against real data.

Uploads are anonymous, bounded, and only sent when you initiate them.

Privacy

Privacy · Local-first

Your subscriptions, node credentials and rules stay on your machine.

The client uses an anonymous installation identifier; telemetry servers only receive a hash, never the raw identifier, your IP, your URLs, your passwords or your browsing history.

FAQ

FAQ

What is XWAYOR?

XWAYOR is a local-first Windows network client. It combines proxy protocols with local, deterministic network intelligence that observes behavior, explains problems and recommends decisions — always with your confirmation.

Do I need an account?

No. Basic client operation does not depend on a user account.

Do you collect data?

Yes, in a bounded and anonymous way. The client uses an anonymous installation identifier; telemetry servers receive only a hash, and only a small set of allow-listed event fields. We do not collect your IP, your URLs, your passwords, your cookies or your browsing history. Diagnostics are only sent when you initiate them. See /privacy.

Which protocols are supported?

VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria2, SOCKS5 and HTTP.
